Well, it’s official!

Doah and I are beyond excited to announce the launch of our new commercial mortgage brokerage, NCMC, a company we’re extremely proud to call our own.

NCMC: The beginning.

While NCMC itself was incorporated mid-2017, discussions around setting up a new mortgage brokerage started much earlier. Doah and I both come from real estate backgrounds; in our previous roles, we developed great relationships and a wealth of experience. However, we also each had the goal of one day starting and growing our own company. With our goals aligned and our respective desire to start on a new path lining up timing-wise, it was the perfect storm for NCMC to come to be. NCMC was built out of our desire to use the experience and knowledge we gained over the years and apply it to the finance end of the real estate spectrum. Being on the pointy end of the real estate deal stick is just an added bonus!

NCMC: Our purpose.

After many evenings and weekends working behind the scenes, we officially hit the ground running at the start of 2018. Our purpose before we set out, and what we’ll carry with us as we grow our company, will be to always focus on quality and expertise before scale. This focus comes from having earned our stripes owning, managing, and administering commercial real estate. We felt it was time to take that experience earned sitting in the ‘Borrower chair’ to create a value-add mortgage brokerage service that can only come from years of being engaged at every level of real estate management. From property and tenant management, to contract negotiation, to property ownership, to various forms of financing in multiple asset classes, we’ve chalked up the skills and exposure needed to deliver what we feel should be a standard level of service.

NCMC: Going forward.

While NCMC will be around for a long time, the exciting part is that the work has only just begun! We look forward to seeing many of you in our new capacity and look forward to helping the real estate community with our value-add approach.
